Charles Bailey is an aviation professional, entrepreneur, and drone technology advocate serving as Ambassador and Minister of Drone Aviation & Technology for the Republic of Slowjamastan and Chief of Drone Operations for Porder Batrol.

As the founder and operator of Norse Drone Operations LLC, Charles specializes in thermal drone operations, aerial search and rescue, infrastructure inspections, mapping, photogrammetry, emergency response support, and advanced unmanned aircraft applications. He has conducted operations throughout the United States using cutting-edge drone platforms equipped with thermal imaging and advanced data-collection systems.

An FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot with years of operational experience, Charles has built a reputation for combining technology, innovation, and practical field expertise to solve real-world problems. His work has included locating lost pets and livestock, supporting emergency response efforts, conducting commercial inspections, and developing new applications for unmanned aviation systems.

Charles is passionate about advancing drone technology as a tool for public service, humanitarian support, environmental stewardship, and technological innovation. Outside of aviation, Charles enjoys outdoor exploration, geology and mineral hunting, emerging technologies, emergency preparedness, photography, and studying the future of unmanned systems. He is currently continuing his education in unmanned aircraft systems while expanding drone operations across North America.
