How to Make Your Passport’s Data Page

There are many ways to make a custom data page for your blank passport. You can make a label on your own, but the easiest might be to download our BLANK label, and input your information onto it, before applying it to the data page on your passport.

Here are the step-by-step instructions:

  1. Download our BLANK label template HERE.
  2.  For step two, you have many options. What might look best would be to import the blank label into a program like Photoshop or Illustrator, where you can perfectly add text to the graphic, then print out as a sticky-label and affix to your passport. There are other, free, online graphic editing programs you can use. If you don’t know how to do this, I bet one of your friends or co-workers can! Here are even a few, free online graphics programs where you can import the blank data page and add your own text and photos:
    a. StickerMule
    b. MockoFun
    c. Canva
You can also go old school and use a typewriter, but the text may be too big. You can always use a pen. We recommend the first option. Whatever you do, remember, you can try as many times until it’s perfect before affixing the label onto your passport.
  3.  Add your photo. We recommend the Photoshop route here, too.
  4.  See the example below.
