PARIS — A recent traveler proudly shared photos of their Republic of Slowjamastan passport receiving an official entry stamp at Paris-Orly Airport in France. Almost immediately, a familiar species appeared in the comments section: the Internet Expert.

“AI,” they declared.

“Fake.”

“Generated.”

“Impossible.”

Unfortunately for the keyboard detectives, the stamp is very real.

Let us be clear: Slowjamastan does not use artificial intelligence to manufacture fake passport stamps, fake border crossings, fake diplomatic encounters, or fake adventures. Frankly, we’re ridiculous enough already without needing AI to help us. Reality provides more than enough material.

Now, before anyone packs their bags and attempts to enter France, Canada, Japan, or Uzbekistan using only a Slowjamastan passport, let’s explain how this actually works.

The process is simple. First, enter the country legally using your traditional, government-issued passport. Once you have successfully passed through immigration and have been admitted into the country, you may decide to politely ask an immigration officer if they would be willing to place a stamp in your Slowjamastan passport as a souvenir.

Sometimes the answer is yes.

Sometimes the answer is no.

And sometimes the answer is a look that suggests you should slowly back away and rethink your life choices.

This is what diplomats call a “vibe check.”

Every border crossing is different. Every officer is different. Every country is different. Use common sense. Be respectful. Read the room. If it feels like a bad idea, it probably is.

Most importantly, do not present your Slowjamastan passport as an official travel document. It is a novelty passport issued by a nation that proudly exists somewhere between reality, performance art, and a very committed inside joke.

Any attempt to obtain a souvenir stamp is done entirely at your own risk.

The Republic of Slowjamastan assumes no responsibility if you miss your flight, get lectured by immigration officials, spend six hours in secondary inspection, or somehow find yourself writing postcards from a remote gulag.

Travel wisely, citizens.

And if you do happen to collect a stamp in your Slowjamastan passport, we’d love to see it.

Unless, apparently, it was generated by AI.
